Shooter - World Cup Clickit: Results out!

world cup clickit

Multi coloured faces cheering the players, the spinning of the ball, the bursting of crackers, dancing in glory at their victory, Cricket has it all. The Shooter World Cup Clickit contest entries showcased every aspect of the World Cup fever. And to find the ones who captured the essence, we invited ace photographer Satyaki Ghosh to select the best four images.

Satyaki GhoshAbout the Judge: A self schooled photographer, Satyaki Ghosh grew up on a staple diet of meaningful cinema and black & white photography, thanks to his photographer father, Nemai Ghosh. He started his career in Kolkata on the sets of legendary film maestro Satyajit Ray’s “Ghare Baire”(Home and the World). He is the man of the moment, always exploring…he loves to create the black & white magic of yesteryears. People photography is his passion. No wonder, each frame appears so real that it seems to open a dialogue with the viewer!

congrats to the winners. I didn't understand the reason behind the winning photograph as i don't find any focal point in that, may i don't understand and need to learn more. I wrote what i honestly felt.

I find the runners pictures far better.

Well I did not participate so its not because I didn't make it.
