Capturing poor or beggars are not considering as a good talent to exhibit Photojournalism work. There is always a BIG difference between DEPRIVED people and BEGGERS.
But as fas as this picture is concerned, I find this an appropriate picture according to the theme. I would be happier if you included this place or monument or structure more to represent city with this girl. No doubt, I can say this is the one of the best pictures among all entries...
