This week Fotoflocker Anupam shares the beautiful and rare shot of the Great Canyon in USA.

“It was a painful shot as the sand that I threw up in the Sun kept coming down on me during the shoot. But the end result was sweet. Hence this is my favourite shot.”
Location and time of shoot: Upper Antelope Canyon, Page, Arizona, USA, shot during mid day
How it was taken: A 30s exposure self portrait.
Technique used: Threw sand in the sub beam just before the shot so that the beam glows.
Equipment used: Nikon F100 with 17-35 mm f2.8 Nikkor lens.
Post work if any: Scanning with tone and colour correction.
